Rekonstrukce zachov\u00e1v\u00e1 charakter cihlov\u00fdch dom\u016f z&nbsp;prvn\u00ed republiky, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e db\u00e1 na obnovu autentick\u00fdch detail\u016f \u2013 od fas\u00e1dy p\u0159es vstupn\u00ed prostory a\u017e po vybran\u00e9 interi\u00e9ry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u201e<em>Bran\u00edk m\u00e1 v\u00fdjime\u010dnou atmosf\u00e9ru a projekt \u017d\u00edt Bran\u00edk ji rozv\u00edj\u00ed d\u00e1l. V p\u0159\u00edzem\u00ed fungovaly obchody, kino i zahradn\u00ed restaurace. Pr\u00e1v\u011b tyto vrstvy historie tvo\u0159\u00ed jedine\u010dn\u00fd z\u00e1klad pro rekonstrukci, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 ambici zachovat autenticitu a z\u00e1rove\u0148 nab\u00eddnout plnohodnotn\u00e9 z\u00e1zem\u00ed pro dne\u0161n\u00ed rodiny, p\u00e1ry i&nbsp;jednotlivce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Architekti z&nbsp;<strong>ONN architects<\/strong>, kte\u0159\u00ed projekt vedou, popisuj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup k rekonstrukci jako vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00fd dialog minulosti se sou\u010dasnost\u00ed. Revitalizac\u00ed proch\u00e1zej\u00ed nejen fas\u00e1dy, ale tak\u00e9 spole\u010dn\u00e9 prostory, kter\u00e9 nov\u011b pracuj\u00ed s denn\u00edm sv\u011btlem. Kousek od domu vede obl\u00edben\u00e1 cyklostezka, v okol\u00ed jsou sportovi\u0161t\u011b, kulturn\u00ed m\u00edsta i tradi\u010dn\u00ed <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\"> kav\u00e1rny. To v\u0161e na pozad\u00ed uli\u010dek s prvorepublikov\u00fdm p\u016fvabem a&nbsp;v&nbsp;bezprost\u0159edn\u00ed bl\u00edzkosti Vltavy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\u201e<em>Nejde jen o samotn\u00e9 domy, ale o celkov\u00fd kontext. V\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b Bran\u00edk je jednou z t\u011bch pra\u017esk\u00fdch \u010dtvrt\u00ed, kde se d\u00e1 opravdu dob\u0159e \u017e\u00edt \u2013 naplno, ale bez
