Ocen\u011bn\u00ed bylo ud\u011bleno za realizaci administrativn\u00ed budovy Roztyly Plaza, kter\u00e1 vynik\u00e1 mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b kultivovanou architekturou, d\u016frazem na udr\u017eitelnost a inovativn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edstupem k m\u011bstsk\u00e9mu prostoru. V\u00fdsledky sout\u011b\u017ee byly slavnostn\u011b vyhl\u00e1\u0161eny v \u010dervnu 2025 ve Fantov\u011b s\u00e1le historick\u00e9 Fantovy budovy na Hlavn\u00edm n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed v Praze. Budova disponuje certifikac\u00ed BREEAM Excellent In-Use, vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 syst\u00e9my pro hospoda\u0159en\u00ed s de\u0161\u0165ovou vodou a nab\u00edz\u00ed rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 zelen\u00e9 plochy v\u010detn\u011b st\u0159e\u0161n\u00edch zahrad.
